| 1. | fill in the applicant's "English Name" which must be the same as the one on the Applicant's SmartFun membership card. |
| 2. | fill in a valid SmartFun membership number of the applicant. |
| While filling in your application form, some classes may already be full and are unavailable for your selection. | |
Fill in the Form
Declare the Adherence
| After the information is submitted, the process is not yet finished. You need to: | |
| 1. | confirm that you have read through and will adhere to the agreement and declaration by checking the checkbox. |
| 2. | After the confirm button is activated, press the button to submit your application. |
Validate the Quota
| After you have confirmed your adherence to the agreement and declaration, your application is submitted and class quota is validated. As there are limited number of participants per class, you may encounter a "class full" situation and may need to apply for another class. | |
Verify Your Application
| 1. | If your application is submitted successfully, you should see a page with "Reference Number" of your application. Please quote this reference number for all correspondence with us. |
| If there is no reference number displayed, please contact us at 3923 2328 as soon as possible. | |
| 2. | In the same page, you should also see the detail of your application. Please verify if the information is correct. If there is any question, please contact us. |
| 3. | You will receive an email from Ocean Park Winter School (winterschool11@oceanpark.com.hk) with reference number to indicate your application has been submitted. This also represents your application is in process. |
